Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 30, 2025 Last Updated: January 30, 2025
Welcome to TNAADO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.tnaado.ca, including all related domains, services, products, and content offered by TNAADO INC., an Ontario corporation ("TNAADO," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.
1. Business Nature and Scope
TNAADO operates as a private liquidation and distribution platform that sources and resells surplus, overstock, customer-returned, shelf-pulled, and closeout merchandise from a variety of third-party vendors, wholesalers, and logistics networks. We are not the original manufacturer or brand owner of most products sold.
Our role is as a logistics facilitator, sales platform, and authorized liquidator—not a certified distributor of brand-new retail inventory. Many goods are sold as-is, and conditions may vary by item. Descriptions provided are based on the most accurate data available at time of listing but are subject to change without notice.
TNAADO may engage in various business activities including but not limited to:
- Wholesale liquidation sales to registered businesses
- Retail liquidation sales to consumers
- Bulk lot sales and auction services
- Logistics and fulfillment services
- Inventory consulting and management
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. Business accounts must be registered by authorized representatives with proper corporate authority.
3. Product Descriptions and Condition Disclosures
Liquidation Merchandise Categories
Products sold through TNAADO may fall into the following categories:
- New Overstock: Unopened items from retailer surplus
- Customer Returns: Items returned to retailers, condition varies
- Shelf Pulls: Items removed from retail shelves
- Damaged Box: New items with packaging damage
- Refurbished: Items restored to working condition
- As-Is: Items sold without warranty or guarantee
- Salvage: Items for parts or repair only
Condition Variability
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, actual product condition may vary from descriptions. TNAADO makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe items but cannot guarantee:
- Complete functionality of all items
- Presence of all original accessories or packaging
- Accuracy of manufacturer specifications
- Compliance with current safety standards
- Availability of manufacturer support or warranty
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
Pricing Structure
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on:
- Quantity purchased
- Customer type (retail vs. wholesale)
- Product condition and availability
- Seasonal demand fluctuations
- Shipping destination and method
Payment Processing
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and approved business credit accounts. Payment is due at time of order unless other arrangements are made in writing.
For orders exceeding $5,000 CAD, additional verification may be required. Business customers may apply for net payment terms subject to credit approval.
Tax Obligations
Applicable taxes (HST/GST/PST) will be added to your order as required by law. Business customers with valid tax exemption certificates may be eligible for tax-exempt purchases.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. However, due to variable sourcing pipelines—including warehouse partner delays, customs hold-ups, and regional distribution limits—orders may take up to 4 weeks to dispatch.
Delivery Timelines
We guarantee delivery within 45 days from order date, barring force majeure events. Most customers can expect delivery between 3–7 days after dispatch.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service level. TNAADO reserves the right to:
- Consolidate multiple orders for efficiency
- Split large orders across multiple shipments
- Select the most appropriate carrier and service level
- Require signature confirmation for high-value orders
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping address provided. For business deliveries, risk transfers upon delivery to the business premises, even if the intended recipient is unavailable.
6. Legal Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
