Policy Overview

Due to the nature of liquidation sales and Canada-US trade dispute inventory, TNAADO Liquidation operates under a final sale policy. This means that once you purchase an item, you cannot return it for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or fit issues
  • Color differences from photos
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections typical of liquidation items
  • Items not meeting personal expectations

Return Exceptions

We DO accept returns in the following limited circumstances:

Shipping Damage

Items damaged during shipping that are not functional or severely compromised.

Must report within 48 hours of delivery

Authenticity Issues

Items proven to be counterfeit or misrepresented in our product listings.

Must report within 7 days with proof

Wrong Item Sent

If we shipped a completely different item than what you ordered.

Must report within 7 days

While we cannot guarantee the authenticity of all liquidation items due to their grey market nature, we provide a 100% refund guarantee if any item is proven to be counterfeit.

  • Report: Contact us within 7 days of receipt
  • Prove: Provide verification from manufacturer or authorized dealer
  • Refund: Full refund including original shipping costs

Return Process

If your item qualifies for return under our exceptions:

Contact Us First

Email liquidation@tnaado.ca with your order number, photos of the issue, and detailed description.

Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your case within 1-2 business days and provide a return authorization if approved.

Ship Back (If Approved)

Pack item securely and ship to our Toronto facility using the provided return label.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Important Notes

Time Sensitive

All return requests must be initiated within the specified timeframes. Late requests will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by TNAADO for approved damage/authenticity claims. Customer pays for other returns.

Item Condition

Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

Hygiene products, intimate apparel, custom items, and perishables cannot be returned under any circumstances.
