Important: Some products may be stored at border facilities, bonded warehouses, or partner facilities due to current trade situations. This can affect dispatch timing but all orders are guaranteed delivery within 45 days.

TNAADO Fleet Delivery
Professional white-glove delivery service for larger orders within the Greater Toronto Area using our own fleet and uniformed staff.
TNAADO Delivery Process:
Weekly Contact
TNAADO staff will contact the recipient at the start of the week for delivery coordination and scheduling.
Scheduled Arrival
Uniformed TNAADO driver and helper arrive as planned in a fleet vehicle with your order.
Professional Unloading
Products unloaded and placed as directed within our service limitations (see delivery restrictions below).
Completion
Bill of lading signed, delivery confirmed, and order officially completed with documentation.
Delivery Service Limitations:
- No stair/elevator transport: Staff will not carry products up or down stairs or in elevators
- Maximum carry distance: Products will not be transported more than 2.5 meters into any facility or building
- Ground floor delivery only: All deliveries made to accessible ground floor locations
- Customer coordination required: Recipient must be available and assist with placement direction

For large orders outside the Greater Toronto Area, Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments are arranged with our partner freight providers.
